("Artist") agrees to list artworks through Source Art on Source Art's
Website: source-art.com.
Source Art will choose artworks to list, from those offered by Artist. In
case of a sale, Artist will receive 50% to 70% of pre-tax sale price,
depending upon other participating parties such as a designer, consultant,
and/or gallery.
Artist agrees to price artworks consistently across platforms, will notify
Source Art as soon as artwork is sold elsewhere, and will bring Source Art
into communications if Artist is contacted directly by a Source Art client,
designer or website buyer.
Source Art will notify Artist as soon as an artwork is sold and will pay the
artist within 2 weeks of receiving payment from the buyer.
This is an at-will agreement, and may be withdrawn at any time by either
party (Artist or Source Art). Source Art reserves the right to accept or
reject listing artists and their images at any time. Once access is granted,
Artist may remove, delete or make-private their uploaded artworks at any
time. The Parties agree to make best-efforts to notify each other, as may be
relevant and necessary, in the event of said changes.
Source Art buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any
special crating needed.
By submitting this registration, Artist agrees to the terms and conditions
contained herein, as well as the Source Art Privacy Policy.
